FIG. 01-Standard

On the standard

Sometimes you need eyes on a supplier without going through a full third-party certification process. Second-party supplier audits give an independent, evidence-based view of how a supplier is actually operating - across quality, safety and environmental risk. We audit to your criteria, not a generic checklist.

FIG. 02-Process

A four-stage process, run by senior assessors.

  1. 01

    Scope + criteria

We agree what 'good' looks like for this supplier, this category and this risk profile.

  2. 02

    On-site audit

A senior assessor conducts the audit on-site, including process observation and worker conversations - not just document review.

  3. 03

    Report + findings

A clear, prioritised report with findings rated by risk, suggested corrective actions, and timeframes.

  4. 04

    Verification (optional)

Where you need it, a return visit verifies corrective actions have been closed out.

FIG. 03 - Audience

Who it’s for.

Procurement teams, head contractors, prime manufacturers and anyone with supplier risk that warrants more than a self-assessment questionnaire.

FIG. 04 - Outcomes

  • 01Independent evidence - not a vendor self-assessment
  • 02Audited to your specific risk criteria, not a generic template
  • 03Clear, prioritised report with actionable findings
  • 04Can be run as a one-off or as a programmed schedule
